Latte Macchiato (or Latte), is a hot coffee consisting of espresso and milk. Basically, latte macchiatio is like milk coffee, but more milk. A true latte macchiato must consist of three distinctly distinct layers, which are filled in the order in turn and not mixed together. Milk is poured into the first glass, making the lowest layer white. Then the foam is the highest floor. Finally, they poured espresso through the foam layer. Due to the high fat content of the milk, the espresso is softer than the espresso, so the coffee floats on the milk layer forming the middle layer. Often people sprinkle on a layer of cocoa powder milk, chocolate or spices (such as cinnamon) to decorate.
